I’ve been going here for about 8 years so far and it is the best and most friendly place you could ever go. You can learn self-defense and how to loose weight, they do fun events every now and then like a few days ago they did a holiday party and they have open mat where you can just arrive and either drill or spar.
Great instructor. Very clean school. Everyone is very friendly. I drive 2 1/2 hours round trip just to train here!

I have been fortunate to train with JD Olsen and many of the students from Keishi Dojo over the years. Not only is the level of martial arts training the very best, they always represent the true spirit and philosophy of martial arts. This is an amazing place to train!
We had to close due to some water damage, so this Saturday, September 9th we are going to host a make-up class for the TFC Jujitsu students. The class will start at 9 am, then we will have an Open mat starting at 10 am, and finally for everyone over 16 (13 if accompanied by a parent) we will have a Judo for Jiu-Jitsu seminar. This Saturday, KSD will definitely be the Place to Be!!!
